Getting Started With Our 6 Step Process

We'll take care of you throughout the entire process from start to finish in 6 simple steps:

STEP 1: Free Project Review and Design

• Initial phone consultation - have your energy usage info ready if possible
• Interested? We set up an on-site visit and provide you a proposal
• Further analysis on the roof for site measurements may be required

STEP 2: Review of Solutions & Design Options

• We further develop the initial system proposal to tailor to your needs
• If requested, we will present other design and cost options
• We provide a price guarantee: We will match a price, if we are given a valid written proposal from another reputable, local solar installer for a like system

STEP 3: Sign Your Custom Solution Agreement

• We can either send you a Docusign agreement, or obtain your signature in person
• We accept deposits by credit card, check or cash
• If you require financing, we can work with you to provide various financing options to secure funding for your project

STEP 4: Set Date for Site Survey

• Once your custom agreement is signed, we will arrange for our installation team to complete a site visit for detailed measurements and photos, if deemed necessary
• The site survey may need to be done prior to signing of the agreement to verify that we can install the proposed system
• Once complete, a fully detailed plan set is prepared and approved by you before getting a permit from your local building department

STEP 5: Install System

• After a permit is issued, we'll begin installation on an agreed date
• Installation often takes about a week, and depends on the size of the system and its complexity - on some occasions, as few as a two days is all we need for smaller, or less complex systems
• We will arrange for the permit inspection and inform you of the completion timeline

STEP 6: Turn on Your System

• When installation is complete and the permit is approved, our install team will demonstrate the operation of the system-teaching you how to turn it on the system and operate it
• Permission to operate (PTO) from the utility company is required before the system can be permanently turned on
• We can help you understand your new utility bill and are always available to answer any further questions you may have
